Diversity & Authenticity, Valuing The Power of Difference, offers a broad definition of diversity; inclusive of everyone. The workshop helps participants identify diversity and authenticity as their superpower, and the superpower of others. Defines authenticity, and gives participants the opportunity to examine their own authenticity. This

workshop Introduces two more key sills needed to practice inclusion, listening, specifically reflective listening, and curiosity.

Learning about different ways of being in the world is a key indicator that one values diversity. This course examines what we have been taught and what else there is to know to support a worldview that is truly inclusive.
